Acro & Tumbling
Age: 6 yrs to 18 yrs
Acrobatic movements are combined with dance steps. Learn headstands, cartwheels, splits, walkovers, handstands, balance, round-offs, hand springs, aerials and flexibility.

Age: 3 yrs to 18
A great class for all levels. Develop the fundamentals of dance through control, poise, precision, fluency and grace using the technique and style of ballet.

Beginners Ballroom / Latin
A fun filled group class for adults.
A partner is required for this group class.,
A 45 minutes lesson of dance, learn waltz, swing, tango, salsa,merengue and more.
Form a group with your friends. Ballroom/Latin

We offer individual programs and group lessons in dances such as Swing, Merengue, Cha Cha, Rumba, Tango, Waltz, Fox Trot, Salsa, Two-step and more.



Age: 8 yrs to 18
Students are introduced to basic contemporary techniques including contractions, oppositional energy, spiraling and improvisation. Subject to pre-requisites.

Age: 2-1/2 yrs to 6 yrs
A fun and energetic class designed for children. A combination of jazz and tumbling serves as a great introduction to creative movement.

Hip Hop
Age: 2-1/2 yrs to 18
This "street style" form of dance really allows you to express the beat of the music! A high-energy course that develops strength, stamina, and flexibility, and provides an understanding of rhythm and coordination. Be prepared for fun, cool, and funky class! Boys encouraged.

Age: 7 yrs to 18
Jazz technique is based on the natural movement of the body and is designed to increase body control and coordination. Routines are set to modern and contemporary music.

Age: 12 yrs and up
Learn music interpretation through sustained extensions and expressive emotion. Lyrical is a type of dance that relies on a direct relationship between the lyrics of various songs/poems and specific dance movements. Subject to pre-requisites.

Age: 2-1/2 yrs to 6

Singing and playing percussion instruments, which helps to develop coordination, motor skills, improves attention span, enables self expression, promotes sociability, teaches how to keep timing, encourages confidence while having fun at the same time. Percussion instruments - castanets, cymbals, hand bells, recorder, hand drums, tambourines, xylophones, maracas and shakers.

Mini-Musical Theatre - Age: 3 yrs to 5 yrs


Age: 9 yrs and up
Students are introduced to basic contemporary techniques including contractions, oppositional energy, spiraling and improvisation. Subject to pre-requisites.

Musical Theatre/Acting - Age: 2 1/2 yrs to 18
Combine choreography, movement, song and dance, and vocal literature. Sharpen your dance and acting skills while learning some of Broadway's best musicals. A fun class for the student who likes to perform.

Age: 12 yrs and up
Pointe is an extension of ballet. It requires solid, consistent, and current ballet training coupled with strength in the legs and the core of the dancer's body. Available only to those taking at least two other weekly ballet classes. Subject to pre-requisites.

Song & Dance
Age: 5 yrs to adult
Singing and dancing through theatrical performance while developing an appreciation for it as an artistic language. Learn to move to suit the song and tell a story at the same time. Ages 5 to adults.

Super Tots
Age: 2-1/2 yrs to 4 yrs
A unique program specially designed for small children. A fun class of jazz, ballet, gymnastics and tumbling. Learn tumbling, rhythm, flexibility, dance technique, balance and fun. Introduction to rhythm instruments.



Age: 5 yrs to 18
Teaches an awareness of beat, timing and rhythm. Combining the technique of tap dancing with nostalgic to modern styles.

Tiny Tots
Age: 2-1/2 yrs to 3 yrs
Introduces rhythm, flexibility, coordination and participation, and gives children an appreciation for movement and music while allowing them to explore their own creativity and imagination. Introduction to rhythm instruments.

Wedding Dance
Your first dance should be memorable and emotionally touching. Historically, the first dance is symbolic of the consummation of the wedding vows and marks your first cooperative engagement and joint endeavour. When the bride accepts her dance with the groom, she accepts him for the rest of her life. Make that memory last!
