Technique Teacher/Choreographer
Sarah has been deeply immersed in the world of dance since the age of four, training competitively throughout her youth in tap, jazz, ballet, lyrical, contemporary, heels, and hip hop. Sarah began teaching and choreographing at 14, and has since brought her passion and creativity to studios including Rhythm Dance Center, Kingston School of Dance, Broadway Dance Academy (Brockville), and Queen’s Dance Club at Queen’s University—where Sarah also served as Marketing Chair for Queen’s Dance District. Sarah’s distinctive choreography has received recognition at competitions across Ontario, leading to the opportunity to teach for 2 years internationally at Crescent Arts Centre in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Now back in Ontario, Sarah hopes to support the personal and artistic growth of students, striving to be not just a dance teacher, but a positive and uplifting role model. Sarah’s thrilled to be teaching at Broadway Dance Academy once again and is deeply inspired by witnessing students develop into triple-threat, multifaceted performers.
